GENERAL SUMMARY
Acts as liaison between families and school; and implements strategies and activities to build the capacity of families according to parent engagement plan.

Education and Experience
Associate's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years experience, including customer service experience, and family services/human services field.
Appropriate education substitutions can be made.
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move objects.
This position requires employee be in an office or similar indoor environment frequently and in an outdoor environment or in the community occasionally. Employee may be exposed to individuals who are rude or irate, individuals with known violent backgrounds and extreme heat and cold.
