We are hiring compassionate individuals who are seeking a personally fulfilling position and want to make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities in a Group Home Setting.

The Residential Assistance Provider assists residents with activities of daily living (grooming, eating, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene) while ensuring the safety and security of the individuals.  

You will be an advocate for the resident regarding rights and needs, always striving toward normalization and facilitating integration in community activities and social interaction. 

You will participate in leisure activities with the individuals to aid in the development of socially valued behaviors.

This position is also responsible to ensure that the active treatment plan is carried out as scheduled and to complete proper documentation daily.
