Mills Companies 1 LLC d/b/a Rickhouse Marketing seeks a Chief Operating Officer in Lexington, KY and Nicholasville, KY to develop and implement strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to enhance company growth; develop the annual business plan and operational budget; work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on all matters; and supervise all daily operations of the company, including the following: Production – supervise contracts for material choosing and sourcing (such as for grains, barrels, and components), distilling, bottling, and quality control; and forecast the case quantity needed to meet potential demand (taking into consideration the required aging period). Non-incidental travel required to perform the job duties: 5 business days in NYC; 10 business days in California; 10 business days in Caribbean Islands; 10 business days in Asia (including Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong – 10 days in each); Will travel up to 150 days per year.
