Previous experience with developing a volunteer program or similar type of group preferred. Knowledge of spiritual and ethical issues as related to health care. Working knowledge of Windows Operating System. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Crisis intervention, spiritual care, spiritual assessment, problem solving, critical thinking. Ability to provide spiritual leadership and consultation in a high stress environment; work with all levels of the organization.

Seminary graduate or Ordained Ecclesiastical Endorsement. Min 2 units of clinical pastoral education (CPE) in Assoc. of Prof Chaplains or equiv.
