JOB SUMMARY-

 

Moultrie Mobile is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to define and execute our social media efforts. This includes the day-to-day management of organic storytelling, paid ads and community management, to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion.  This role interacts cross-functionally to support company objectives while ensuring consistency in the voice and tone and ensure that the brand is uniquely supported and represented across all social channels.   As the Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in analyzing results using various analytics focusing on what works and what doesn’t to recommend adjustments when necessary.  The Social Media Manager will be both a strategic thinker as well as a tactical executer who will strive in a growth-oriented environment.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high level of community engagement across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) in support of growth objective that results in increased brand advocacy and awareness
  • Own and develop the social media content calendar, including leading monthly meetings to review plans and solicit input on future opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal creative team and content manager on current trends and planning of content creation needs specific to social media
  • Maintain brand voice across all channels

Social Listening

  • Monitor competitors’ presence and activity
  • Listen to networks, blogs and forums for brand mentions and keywords and identify ways we can continue to add value for these communities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to manage communities

Reporting

  • Develop dashboard and own reporting and analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly) of all organic social channels; partner with Content manager on influencer management
  • Establish KPI targets across all social channels
  • Prepare analytics and insights reviews (monthly, quarterly, annually) across platforms with actions for growth, engagement, new followers, and top performing creative

Influencers

  • Partner with Content manager to build relationships with Influencers and monitor/track actions taken to support growth objectives
  • Test and learn to maximize value of partnerships with influencers

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS-
 
Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional social media/marketing experience with understanding on publishing, tracking and listening platforms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem solving
  • Proactive, problem solving, self-starter with the ability to work independently with little oversight
  • Seasoned thought-leader with a knack for identifying emerging trends, anticipate changes and suggest next moves
  • Eat, sleep, live, breathe, social media

  Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outdoors enthusiast who has industry experience or is knowledgeable about hunting
  • Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Knowledge of past, current, and upcoming trends in social media and digital landscape
