Digital Sales Manager

As a Digital Sales Manager:

·         Will manage assigned local MMSE team, with the primary focus on meeting or exceeding set  sales goals

·         Will make use of available sales tools for tracking and monitoring

·         Will be responsible for staff acquisition, retention, and development

·         Will serve as coach, leader, and mentor to sales team, with a special focus on Digital

·         Create a pipeline of Key Accounts with a focus on digital marketing campaigns, execute the sales process and close accounts.

·         In tandem with our Multi-Media Sales Executives calling on SMBs to show the value of our digital advertising products, such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management, and Mobile Optimization.

·         Execute sales tactics, implement marketing strategies, and deliver effective sales presentations with passion, and consistently ask for the business.

·         Manage and drive adherence to consistent use of Salesforce, Ambition and other sales tools designed to drive sales efficiency and performance

·         Provide valuable feedback to management to improve on sales and marketing strategies

·         Become an asset in the business community by boosting your clients' businesses through their digital marketing campaigns.

·         Achieve and exceed sales quotas

Qualifications:

·         Previous outside digital sales leadership experience preferred, but candidates with a strong competitive digital sales background are encouraged to apply.

·         Results oriented individual who strategically pursues business with energy and drive.

·         The ability to execute sales tactics, implement marketing strategies and deliver effective sales presentations with passion, and consistently asks for the business.

·         Tech-savvy with solid computer skills is a must.

·         Prior management experience preferred

·         Excellent skills in leadership, team building, negotiation, issue resolution, innovation, customer service and knowledge of rate structures and products

·         Outstanding communication skills required

·         Motivated, strategic self-starter with impeccable integrity.

·         Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, changing media environment.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

·         5+ years sales & marketing experience

·         Prior management experience preferred but not required

·         Excellent skills in leadership, team building, negotiation, issue resolution, innovation, customer service and knowledge of rate structures and products

·         Outstanding communication skills required

·         Motivated, strategic self-starter with impeccable integrity.

·         Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, changing media environment
