Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site administrative support position performing various secretarial and/or administrative functions, frequently of a complex and confidential nature working under the direction of the Executive Director. Incumbent will support work functions and responsibilities as a front desk receptionist as well as perform varied duties assigned by the Executive Director such as assisting with building occupant (client) questions and building-related needs, event space rental coordination, social media and website management. He/she is responsible for monthly client invoicing, documenting meeting minutes and lab inspection findings, submitting physical plant work orders and purchase requisitions, as well as other tasks assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree and 2 years of progressive administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of office support functions including word processing, filing, and reception. Understanding of management principles, methods and procedures. Proficient in using various computer applications and software application programs, including a thorough knowledge of Excel. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, requiring literacy and numeracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in a business related field.  

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
