  • Responsible for providing analytical support necessary for the development of strategic care and process improvement services across the NMMCI system.
  • Analyzes data/Quality Metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrates use of innovative data collection, analysis, insights and consulting that improve clinical, operational, quality and financial outcomes
  • Point person for clinical data support activities
  • Interprets data and analyzes results to meet information and financial needs of the organization
  • Utilizes analytical tools to prepare reports (i.e., spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, etc)
  • Excellent computer proficiency including experience in MS Excel functions
  • Ensures reports are accurate, timely and complete based on the requirements
  • Provide quality data for compensation reports for providers across NMMCI and NMMC-Tupelo
  • Provide clinical and business intelligence reports for telehealth services
  • Compile, track and provide data for key clinical quality and patient safety initiatives across the NMMCI system
  • Provide clinical and operational data for Best Practices Division for Patient Centered Medical Home initiative
  • Compile, analyze and provide clinical and operational intelligence for Connected Care Partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of computer and software programs including data base, Power Point and Excel-
  • Must have skills necessary to make both visual and oral presentations to all levels of NMMCI personnel
  • Strong analysis and process/workflow design skills
  • Creative and Critical thinking skills utilized in performance of job responsibilities
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to be self-directed, and goal oriented
