The Omaha World-Herald, a Lee Enterprises Inc. publication, is seeking a full-time, talented on-line producer to join our Audience Innovation Team, which handles online operations and content working heavily with college football and other sports coverage, as well as news. The successful candidate will be able to pivot to different assignments throughout the day.

This role is responsible for:

• Writing stories as assigned
• Preparing stories and content from others for online presentation and debut
• Following and executing a social media strategy with each content element
• Producing video and graphics to accompany content
• Producing audio podcasts
• Studying analytics to make informed decisions to drive online audience development

Are you ready?

Do you have knowledge of college athletics and a willingness to learn and grow? Do you have experience with Canva, Final Cut Pro and Garage Band? Can you work nights and weekends? If so, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training or the equivalent of education and experience. Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance is required.
