Summary: Performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include the execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. The Production Hauler is responsible for the safe handling and transfer of finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard. The Production Hauler also will assist with on-line and off-line production as needed. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Plant Office & People Manager (POPM) is responsible for the day-to-day support for human resources related activities at the manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for translating and must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English.  This position represents the “last mile” HR support for all location employees. A Yard Lead is responsible for performing and directing other yard personnel in the safe and accurate daily work activities involving the shipping, receiving and handling of product.  A Yard Lead will interact with drivers and customers and should represent ADS in a friendly and courteous manner at all times. Tooling Design Engineers – design, build, test run, debug custom made production equipment Dies and Molds for manufacturing HDPE and PP corrugated pipe.   Primary Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Design, Build, manage new equipment for Pipe Manufacturing - Work with cross functional Design team to Design Molds and Dies for New products and make improvements to existing products. - Create and manage Inventor CAD models and drawings. The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for implementing quality methods and protocol in accordance with ADS, and industry standards as well as customer requirements. The Quality Assurance Technician is also responsible for driving Continuous Improvement on companywide initiatives as well as plant specific programs as they arise. This person must demonstrate excellent leadership skills and work coherently with the plant management team. This position will require flexibility to work 40+ hours a week plus weekends as required. The Quality Assurance Technician must also have the flexibility to work various shifts if needed. Travel requirements will be approximately 5%-10% of the time. The Quality Assurance Technician reports directly to the Plant Manager for day to day plant responsibilities and has a direct reporting relationship to the Director of Quality for training, plant support and auditing functions. Both the Plant Manager and Director of Quality Assurance are involved in the annual review sessions.   Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Technician include, but are not limited to: - Drive Continuous Improvement at the company level through active involvement in scrap reduction activities. - Complete two Continuous Improvement projects at home plant per year. Performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant.
