Family Health Centers, Inc. in Orangeburg, SC is seeking applicants for the following positions:

Licensed Practical Nurse
Completion of an accredited LPN Nursing Program, State of South Carolina Nursing license and current CPR certification is required. Experience with Electronic Medical Records and two years of nursing experience is preferred. Prior nursing experience with primary or ambulatory care is preferred.

Behavioral Health Counselor
Must be LPC, LISW or LISWCP. Two years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker or LPC and experience working with both pediatric and adult mental health population is preferred. Must be able to get credentialed with insurance companies, Medicaid and Medicare. Substance Abuse certification is preferred. $25,000 Sign on Bonus.

Quality Improvement Coordinator
A master’s degree in a health related field with additional specialized training or equivalent experience is required. Four years of experience in health care quality improvement, risk management and safety programs.is preferred. Must have superior communication skills. Must be proficient with HEDIS
Measures and other reporting requirements. $25,000 Sign on Bonus.

Dental Hygienist
Completion of an accredited Dental Hygienist program, current SC licensure as a Dental Hygienist and one year experience working as a Dental Hygienist are preferred.
