Location: Sandhills Pediatrics Northeast office
 
Hours: 8a - 5:30p M-F, 4.5 days/wk, 1/2 day leave around 1p.
 
The Clinical Supervisor helps with work flow and also assist with the work flow. They ensure training is complete, immunizations and supplies are stocked, manage the staff, complete a monthly schedule, and fill in for staff members who on vacation or ill at their location. Training would take place at the West Columbia office and would take 3-6m.
 
Additional duties = Assisting the physician with procedures such as ear lavage, rapid strep screen, urinalysis, hemoglobin, cholesterol, immunizations, etc.; assisting the nursing assistants with escorting patients into exam rooms; completing immunization records and physical forms; obtaining medication prior authorizations; and assisting parents/patients with questions they may have while in the office
 
Phone triage training after three months. This includes assessing the callers ability to care for the child's current concerns, and making determinations as to whether to schedule an appointment versus giving home advice. Once floor training is completed, phone training is initiated. Staff rotate in the phone room 1-2 1/2 days per week.
 
Weekends/Holidays = Our Downtown location is open 364 day/year. Weekend appointments (typically 7:45a - ~1p) are for emergency sick visits. We have staff who work just on the weekends but in the event they cannot work we will ask the week day staff. There is a differential for working on the weekends.
 
Experience = At least one year of management experience
