Receivable Associate

Thermodyne Services, Inc. is looking for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Associate. Responsibilities will include: Processing vendor payable invoices daily, timely entry of customer receivable invoices daily. A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is preferred. Detailed oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus. Knowledge in Excel and Word is a must. Full benefits offered.

We specialize in commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems and tenant build-out. We offer commercial maintenance agreements, commercial equipment change-outs, DDC controls, pneumatic controls, chiller services, cooling tower repair, ductwork repair, replacement of existing controls, and more! We also install and service medical imagining air conditioning systems, industrial process chilled water equipment and controls, and Liebert computer room equipment.
