Dispatcher

Come work for West County Transportation Agency as School Transportation Dispatcher. Pay starts at $20.80 per hour plus excellent benefits. This dispatcher will be assigned to the 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift.

This is an 8 hour, 12 month position and the incumbent will report to the Supervisor of Transportation Operations and Safety. The primary responsibility of this dispatcher position will be to answer phones and two way radios, cover all routes and trips and work with other operations office personnel. This position will work with other dispatchers in the department as well as other support personnel. The work-site will be at the Santa Rosa facility. The shift will be 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Minimum desirable experience includes a high school diploma or general educational development, possession of a valid California school bus driver certificate is desirable but not required.
