Job Description and duties:

• Exhibit knowledge of all Ski Concierge procedures and operations.
• Obtain knowledge of and utilize HotSos system.
• Store guest skis, boots, and any other equipment.
• Answer phone calls and assist guest with questions.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, etc. of the ski concierge spaces.
• Recommend activities, restaurants, and entertainment to guests.
• Ensure that ski equipment is ready before guest/group arrival.
• Assist guest with properly fitting equipment.
