Adam Miller Agency, LLC in Monroe is an Independent insurance agency looking to hire a full time personal lines Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will have a property and casualty insurance license with at least 3 years experience. However for the right candidate we will consider teaching, training and paying for licensing classes.

• All applicants must be detail oriented with a good memory.
• They must have strong computer, phone and organizational skills.
• They must be able to prioritize, multi-task and handle a high volume of business transactions.
• They must be able to handle at least 30 calls a day and be comfortable with selling process.

This is not a commission job, it is a salary position the experienced candidate can expect a starting salary of $36,000 to $40,000, benefits are available.

The inexperience candidate will receive a training allowance until Licensed then salary will be commensurate with skill level.
