Job Summary

Manage reception area, explain program to potential program participants, process application documents, organize activities and events, track the budget, and order supplies for the TRIO office.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
3 years of office administration or administrative assistant experience.
Ability to organize daily work procedures and perform duties under one’s own initiative with supervisory guidance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others.
Experience with MS office.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with grant budgets.
Banner, Jaggaer (SciQuest), and prior TRIO experience.
Bilingual preferred.
