Inventory Cost Accountant

Anderson Development Company is seeking an Inventory Cost Accountant for our Adrian, MI facility. Anderson Development Company is an award-winning, innovative specialty chemical manufacturer. Responsibilities: Responsible for tracking and reporting quantities for all inventory transactions to ensure that inventory levels are accurate to facilitate prompt delivery to customers and maintain production schedules. The job also requires tracking and reporting the costs associated with production for internal and external customers. This position will assist in analyzing proper costing of product lines.

Qualifications:

* Successful candidates must possess a B.S in Accounting or B.A. with minor in Accounting and a minimum of 2 years experience in Cost Accounting.

* Word Processing and Database experience, JD Edwards preferred.

* Detail oriented and able to analyze and solve problems.
