The Fall River Housing Authority is seeking qualified applicants for One full-time position of: Plumber

Duties: The incumbent of this class performs skilled plumbing tasks involving the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of heating, water supply, fire alarm sprinkler systems and disposal systems of buildings, apartments and general facilities. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to perform most major plumbing assignments.

Qualifications: The incumbent will be required to possess a valid Massachusetts Plumber’s license and have at least three (3) years of significant and demonstrable plumbing experience in a residential buildings and facilities environment.

Salary: The rates for this position are: $35.91 per hour (Federal) and $32.55 per hour (State).
