Respiratory Therapy Manager

The Respiratory Therapy Manager is a full time position in our Respiratory Therapy Department.

You are required to take call on a rotation basis. Duties include, but not limited to, under general direction of the CNO, manager is responsible for management of the Respiratory Therapy Department, is responsible for providing respiratory therapy services and for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all functions and activities of the department. Experience in writing policies, prior supervision of staff and familiar with developing budgets for the department a must. Must possess ab AS in Respiratory Care from an AMA approved School of Respiratory Care. Licensure required: CRT or RRT credential via the NBRC, current Missouri state license, current CPR certification (or must have within 30 days of hire date), PALS, ACLS, and/or NRP certification is preferred. Management or supervisory experience preferred or three years current acute care experience with adult, pediatric and neonatal respiratory care.
