The Human Services Associate/QMHA
This is a regular, full-time position for a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) to provide integrated mental health and substance abuse services in a voluntary crisis program setting. This position is designed to provide staffing 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. This position works with multi-disciplinary teams to assist individuals in accessing resources, addressing barriers related to their mental health, and developing skills that promote recovery and advocacy. Responsibilities include: using personal mental health experiences to provide support to individuals, assisting in utilizing recovery skills, providing linkage with local peer organizations, identifying strengths to achieve individual goals, and providing individual and group peer services. This is a graveyard position. Work schedule is Sunday 11pm- Monday 7:30am, Monday 11pm-Tuesday 7:30am, Tuesday 11pm-Wednesday 7:30am, Wednesday 11pm- Thursday 7:30am, and Thursday 11 pm– Friday 7:30 am.
