Economic Development Program Director
Plan, manage, supervise, and provide services for SEVCA Micro Business, Job Readiness, Financial Fitness / Matched Savings & Tax Assistance programs.
Duties including: Client enrollment/screening/services, record-keeping / reporting/evaluation of services and operations.
Requires: Bachelor's in business-related field & 3 years related work experience, e.g., business owner/manager, counselor or educator (strong track record + more experience may replace degree); supervisory or department - level management experience.; ability to relate to low-income clients; strong communication & computer skills. Full time, salaried position.
