Stratford Hospital District has an opening for a Director of Maintenance & Security. 

This position will be responsible for maintenance and security for the following businesses apart of the Stratford Hospital District including Coldwater Manor, Startford EMS, Stratford Family Medical Clinic & Elk Pharmacy.

Experience in the following areas is required:

•  HVAC
• Electrical & Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Landscaping / sprinkler systems
• Project Management
• Knowledge or the ability to retain life, safety regulations from the State of Texas.

Work Experience desired:

•  Prior Healthcare facility.
• Industrial maintenance to include: Feed Yards, Dairy, Plants.
