Invisible Solutions is looking for Director, Strategic Accounts and Professional Services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team responsible for Software Implementation services provided by InvisibleCRM to key OEM Partners on CRM Integration software;

• Identify technology needs and assign technical tasks to teams;

• Perform OEM project estimations, scoping, sizing;

• Perform software development project delivery management and software development team management. Participate in Sales and pre-Sales processes by providing subject matter expertise in InvisibleCRM solutions;

• Accountability for project execution and project resources throughout the entire implementation;

• Ensuring customer acceptance during and post implementations;

Job requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or related field.

• In lieu of a Master's degree, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. At least 2 years in the job offered.

• Proficient knowledge of InvisibleCRM software suite development methodologies, technologies and project management of InvisibleCRM implementations.

Job Location: Atlanta, GA. 25% domestic and international travel required.
