Involve in all aspects of ERP including analysis, design, develop, implement, & maintain applications based on user needs. Experience in Salesforce systems & applications: Sales & Service Cloud; Build Custom Objects & optimize Sales Force Lightning Applications for Sales Cloud & CPQ Platforms; 3D GIS application; Manage multiple data interpretations to validate data visualization, develop APIs & interfaces with Backend systems. Analyze data using POWER BI queries, VLOOKUP Up & Pivot tables. Configure Custom Objects, Record types, page Layouts & dashboards. Manage multiple projects on JIRA/Confluence. Perform system setup & configure ensuring accuracy of complex data & multi system integrations. Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion.
