The Administrative Office Manager is responsible for maximizing the owners' and merchandise team's time and promoting a positive Company image. Through your duties as a liaison, you will maintain relationships between the owners and their merchandise and management teams. You will perform an array of administrative functions requiring a high degree of confidence, enthusiasm and problem-solving capabilities. Duties will include maintaining an orderly office, generating reports, maintaining files, scheduling, fielding telephone calls and correspondence. You will complete special projects as assigned by owners, which include oversight and working with multiple departments. A high level of confidentiality and discretion is required. This is a full-time position and works a Monday-Friday schedule. Includes health, paid time off, 401K retirement, staff discounts, and ski-pass program.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3-5 years of progressive office management/administrative assistant or like experience with increasing responsibilities in a fast-paced organization.
  • Must represent the Gorsuch culture and principles and serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with/Microsoft office suite including advanced Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work with many different teams and people.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
