Medicaid Insurance Representative

Full-time.

Responsible for various duties within the Patient Insurance Department.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have experience/knowledge working in the Medicaid portal including claims processing, billing and insurance follow up.
• Must be willing to work directly with Medicaid and the patient regarding questions, objections, and complaints about clinic policies, fees, and insurance issues.
• The successful candidate will be detail orientated, capable of working well with the public, possess the ability to work in very fast paced environment with excellent phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a must, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations with clear, concise communication.
