Mold Maker

TH Plastics, Inc., a progressive molder of thermoplastics for the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking experienced and highly motivated individual for the day shift Mold Maker position. This individual will possess 3 - 5 year's experience in the construction and building of injection molds as well as general and major mold maintenance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to preventative maintenance on molds, tooling repair, minor revisions, troubleshooting and diagnosis of hot manifolds, and documentation of the work performed. Additional requirements include good communication and interpersonal skills to be utilized in coordinating occasional repair work with outside tool shops. Candidates must be able to interpret maintenance repair requests, schedule downtime to complete tasks, and conduct repairs. Necessary experience includes the ability to use tool room equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, and welding, etc. CNC and or design experience is a plus. Candidates must be self-motivated and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position comes with excellent benefits and competitive pay.
