Are you looking to develop your project management skills? As a Project Coordinator in our Corporate Finance Department, you will help modernize Finance's technology ecosystem. You will work with important decision makers and experts across Finance and Technology to ensure our projects stay on track. This is a great opportunity to make a difference and the projects you work on will have a lasting impact at Fisher Investments.

You will work with outside consultants, and important decision makers in Finance and Technology to implement department wide technology and process solutions. You will report to the Finance Support Manager out of our Camas, WA office. Apply your skills to help keep our technology projects on track.

The Day-to-Day:

• Help establish and document the scope, timeline and goals for new technology projects and initiatives to ensure understand of the Firm and Department's goals.
• Inform team members of project progress and issues.
• Work with stakeholders on timelines, resourcing plans, and deliverables.
• Build relationships and collaborate across various groups and levels within the Firm.
• Experience the Project Life Cycle from idea through to implementation and stabilization.
• Gather input from stakeholders to report on project status including roadblocks, risks, dependencies and accomplishments.
• Develop essential project documentation like Risk Register, Decision Log, Project Plan, etc.

Your Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in either/or project management, business operations, or project coordinating role that exposed you working on multiple projects
• Enjoy communicating and collaborating across different levels of employees
• Approach new tasks with curiosity
• Can analyze and learn from both successes and failures
• U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
