Nurse Home Visitor
Full Time Position in Greene County. No holidays or weekends: Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive community health nursing services to women and their families enrolled in the Nurse Family Partnership Program in accordance with program goals, objectives, and protocols.

Requirements: BSN, licensure as a registered Nurse in PA, minimum of two year's professional work experience with childbearing women and children, preferably in a community health setting.
