Job Description

The Therapist reports to the Clinical Director and provides outpatient behavioral health therapy to clients. The Therapist works in collaboration with other clinical staff and community support providers to provide high quality integrated services.

Generally Days, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications

Master’s Social Work degree from accredited educational institution. Current Social LMSW, LISW, LMHC, or LMFT license with State of Iowa. Knowledge in crisis intervention techniques and brief therapy. Ability to work cooperatively with a multi-disciplinary team. Clinical experience in evaluation/assessment and multi-axial diagnoses of adolescents and adults in various stages of the developmental cycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to complete electronic charting and documentation. Microsoft office experience.

Strongly prefer candidates who are FULLY/INDEPENDENTLY LICENSED.
