Maintenance Specialist

Seton Hill University has an opening for a full-time Maintenance Specialist to work Tuesday thru Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The purpose of this position is to effectively sustain and address all maintenance work orders including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and grounds keeping. Primary emphasis will be on carpentry. Five years of experience in multiple trades is preferred. Carpentry experience required in addition to valid Pennsylvania Drivers License. Incumbent must be able to work off ladder, step stool, and/or scaffolding; have the ability when necessary to lift up to 100 pounds; the flexibility to work daylight, nights, weekends, overtime, or as needed in addition to working independently.
