Quest Diagnostics Inc. in San Juan Capistrano, CA seeks Engineer, IT Test Lead to coordinate & supervise day-to-day activities as it relates to a Quality Roadmap / Strategy within the committed timeline & quality standards.

Requires: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field; 8 years experience in QA/SW testing, including planning & strategy. 4 years experience: testing in Healthcare domain; & coordinating product area test team, including prioritizing tasks & setting & communication expectation with team & stakeholders. 2 years experience in automated testing & scripting using HP UFT or similar. Able to work remotely 90% of the time, must be within regular commuting distance from worksite.
