Oversee formulation of company's financial, accounting, bus policies. Responsible for company's financial reporting, goals, budgets. Oversee investment of funds, risk management, supervise cash management, execute capital-raising strategies. Preparation of financial analytics & forecasting models to test business investment assumptions. Financial contract revenue of investment & acquisitions. Assess financial reports, tax implications. BA in Finance, Accounting or related field plus 5 years progressive experience in related field or MBA in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
