Stone Mountain Health Services is now accepting applications for the position of full-time Clinical Quality Manger. This individual must have the ability to initiate, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate programs. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of quality patient care initiatives for federal funding sources (UDS) and national quality initiatives (PCMH). Responsible for the oversight of third party pay or value based quality of care initiatives and programs including: review of 3rd party pay or value based quality of care initiatives; educate and implement quality of care initiatives with staff and in electronic patient records; maintain and analyze population management data relevant to quality care initiatives. The individual will work in conjunction with other supervisory staff to address deficiencies in quality care issues and supervise all quality care programs of Stone Mountain Health Services.

Qualifications for this position requires at least a Registered Nurse, licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a minimum of a BSN degree, health education experience, clinical experience, excellent computer skills, and management and supervisory experience with the ability to maintain good working relationships with all levels of clinical staff.
