Currently seeking good maintenance person with carpentry and plumbing experience (a must) in the Orange County area. Plumbing repairs & installation, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, installing doors and windows, carpentry, sheetrock (spackle/tape/paint) and trouble shoot appliances. Full-time Monday-Friday and must be on a rotation for emergency after hour calls.
