ABOUT AERO

Aero is on a mission to redefine air travel—inspired by the golden age of aviation, designed for modern life. Direct, premium flights from private terminals offer our guests the comfort of low-contact travel and the effortlessness of flying private. From our custom jets to our dedicated Host and Concierge teams, everything that we do is personalized for our guests.

At Aero, we are on this journey together. We turn off the lights, spend carefully, and welcome everyone like guests in our own home. We share ideas big and small to make Aero better. We take pride in a job well done and in the company that we are building together. Aero is ours.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

At Aero, our experience extends well beyond taking people from one place to another. As a team, we pride ourselves on being consummate hosts, ensuring every guest enjoys an effortless, personalized experience. We are looking for team members who are natural empaths, derive energy from cultivating relationships and want to be part of ushering in a new Golden Age of Travel.

As an Aero Host, you will be the face of the Aero experience on the ground, and responsible for delivering a creative, adaptable, and warm environment in our Lounges and beyond. While the Lounge will be your home base, we will regularly expect all team members to step outside the everyday scope of their roles—from helping a teammate to going above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests (Hosts may regularly be asked to work shifts as a Concierge, working with guests over phone and email). We will depend on your natural warmth and graciousness, your collaborative spirit, and your ability to think quickly on your feet to serve our Guests with sincerity, transparency, and poise. All Hosts will be responsible for adhering to security and safety standards and procedures; all Hosts will also undergo training as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) to ensure a deep understanding of TSA procedures and requirements.
