Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for helpdesk support, application administration, IT asset management, and documenting existing processes (SOP).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
  • Work as part of the team responding to user requests for technical assistance.
  • Monitor open tickets to ensure timely response and identify high priority requests.
  • Work with outside vendors as necessary to resolve issues.
  • Document workflows and processes for training and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Guide users in standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with Enforcing IT policies.
  • Performs other responsibilities as needed.
  • Identify and address problems as they arise.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory duties.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
Education and Experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree or greater is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum (2) years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Experience: Greater than (3-5) years of experience of relevant work experience in Windows, IT Support Specialist, Systems Administrator is strongly preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Strong documentation skills are required.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with all team members.
  • Ability to multitask across several projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
