Rental Assistance Field Agent 

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is accepting applications for a Rental Assistance Field Agent in the Northeast part of Oklahoma. Responsibilities include interviewing applicants and participants for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and inspecting privately owned rental units to determine compliance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Housing Quality Standards (HQS). Candidate must possess a valid driver's license, current insurance verification and reliable transportation is required. The successful candidate must live in Tulsa or a contiguous County, must have a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or two to six years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification in Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Occupancy, Rent Calculation, and Housing Quality Standards is required within 6 mos. of hire. 

The salary ranges from $36,443 to $57,526 with excellent benefits.
