This position will do MIS for employment and training contracts, as well as provide administrative support to NCAC director.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates Degree/Certificate from an accredited technical school.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Experience may be substituted.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years with complex office responsibilities and one year of experience in Office Management preferred.
  • Licenses/Certificates/Registration:  Washington State Driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Ability to maintain confidentiality; knowledge of secretarial skills including answering the phone, taking messages, typing, composition, scheduling transcribing, etc. Strong word processing skills required and strong spreadsheet skills (Excel) essential. Knowledge of database (Access) preferred. Ability to express self, verbally and in writing; ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously; ability to periodically travel to and attend off-site meetings; and the ability to operate all standard office machines and equipment.
