Join our team of dedicated human services professionals in our In-Home Therapy Program in Springfield, MA!

 

Therapeutic Training and Support Professionals work together with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to support children with behavioral health challenges and their families to achieve stability and success in the community. Therapeutic Support Professionals help families through psychoeducation, skill building, making linkages to community supports, crisis intervention and management and care coordination using a trauma informed, team based model of care, provided in the child and families’ natural environments.

 

Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938.  We are dedicated to offering high quality and culturally appropriate care.

 

Therapeutic Support Professionals at BHN have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
  • At least one year of experience in the human services field (required).
  • Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).

Job Requirements:

Therapeutic Training and Support Workers at BHN have the following qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or eligible for a waiver with payer credentialing committees (required).
  • At least one year of experience in the human services field (required).
  • Have a broad knowledge of mental illness diagnoses, behavioral modifications techniques/coping mechanisms (required).
  • Skilled in parenting education and experience working with children and families.
  • Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
