Maintenance Technician

Full-Time Danbury Qualified candidate should be well versed in all aspects of building maintenance and janitorial services for a 98 unit Elderly Apartment community. Scope of work to include Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry and Painting. Position will include all maintenance repairs, daily grounds pick up, as needed janitorial and unit turnovers. Looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to prioritize and multi-task. Good communication skills a must, bi-lingual a plus. Competitive salary based on skills. On-Site housing may be a consideration. Daytime work and after hours on call required.
