Property Management Team Wanted

We are seeking a part-time management couple that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a lovely fifty-five and older mobile home park located in Southern California. The property is federally designated as a senior, age-restricted, community. It has many clubs and amenities including a clubhouse, dining hall, library, pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard courts, billiards, bingo, poker, and park-sponsored dinners. 

The management team will be expected to live in the community. The maintenance manager must have good customer services skills, own tools and a vehicle, possess basic maintenance skills, be in good physical condition, and enjoy working outside. The office manager must have good customer service skills, be able to perform bookkeeping and administrative tasks, be able to clean the clubhouse, and be comfortable with Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, google, and email communication. Previous property management experience is NOT required. 

Compensation will include rent and wages commensurate with applicant qualifications.
