Assistant Housing Manager
The Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson is accepting applications for an Assistant Housing Manager. This is an administrative position that deals directly with Public Housing residents regarding eligibility for occupancy, recertification for con-tinued occupancy, tenant move-in, move-out, and resident relations. Applicants must be proficient in Word, Excel, and be able to deal effectively with the public. Applicants must possess a valid Missouri Driver's License, be bondable, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. The Housing Authority offers an excellent benefit package that includes three weeks vacation; 11 paid holidays; a retirement plan; and employer-paid Health, Dental and Life Insurance. Work is performed under the supervision of the Housing Supervisor.
