- Associates Degree
- Graduate from a certified MT, MLT program.
- 3 yrs experience in a highly complex clinical laboratory.
- ASCP or equiv. certification required
- Demonstrable skill and proficiency in all expected areas;
- Ability to work independently, with moderate manager oversight, and addresses problems and issues with minimal supervision.
- Has a high degree with operational effectiveness,
- Has an understanding of schedules, budget and CAP regulations.
