Job Description

Do you enjoy caring for an underserved and medically complex patient population in a close-knit rural community? Then consider this full-time opportunity at Lakeland Primary Care, Coloma. We are seeking a full-time advanced family medicine physician to join our busy and dedicated team.

Must be board certified or board eligible in family medicine. Opportunity is outpatient only with a Monday – Friday schedule. Call is limited to only abnormal labs and imaging results for your patient panel. Team includes two full-time family medicine physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider.

Typical primary care appointments, including new patients, acute visits, follow ups, pap and pelvic exams, and yearly physicals. Opportunity for video visits as well. Patient panel includes full scope from pediatrics to geriatrics to women’s health. Epic HER; Fluency Direct Dictation available.

Lakeland Primary Care, Coloma is a Rural Health Clinic (RHC), which qualifies for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program. Award recipients can receive up to $100,000 for three years of full-time service!
