New Leaf Counseling is seeking a caring, skilled and ambitious psychotherapist to join our private practice team. New Leaf is a small private counseling practice that has been open since 2011. We serve children, adults and couples.

This is a full-time position for a LISW, LMHC, or LMFT who will see, on average, 25 or more individual clients a week (scheduling 32 or more weekly). Hours are Monday-Friday. Therapist can choose to work 4 or 5 days, but must schedule 32+ per week.

This position requires mostly in-person work, with the option of some telehealth.

Requirements:

• Three years of therapy experience is required.
• Preferred candidate will have at least 5 years of counseling experience, be independently licensed, and have training in a specialty area, (e.g. play therapy, EMDR, DBT).
• Experience working with both children and adults is required, and the therapist must be open to working with both populations. The preferred candidate will be able to see children ages 10 and up and adults.

Salary range is $70,000-$120,000 annually and is a portion of billable income.
