To perform and/or lead environmental site investigations, engineering analysis, and recommendations, design and development of plans and specifications, observation and inspection, the writing, preparation, and review of related reports. Identify, evaluate and recommend risk and remediation strategies/designs toensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Prepare applicable permit applications, risk assessments and technical documents. Design systemsand environmental protection plans. Plans, schedules conducts and coordinates detailed phases of assigned projects. Requires a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related. Professional Engineer Registration required.
