Responsible for: Processing and issuing Identification Badges to employees, staff and contractors; Coordinates the Security Work-order system; prepares statistical reports as directed by Security Administration; The Incumbent processes daily reports from Security Officers, and receives work-orders; Processes badge applications, corporate wide. The Systems Coordinator serves as back-up staff for the Security Control Desk. The coordinator processes new employee information and badges, and coordinates the resupplying of badge stock materials for the corporation.

* Coordinates the Security Work order System; responsible for the distribution of work-orders. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the fees collected, receipts issued, while maintaining documentation of transactions.
* Work and interacts with all ID badge holders independently and as a team with other departments including Employee Health and Human Resources.
* Notifies all badge holders of the need to upgrade their badges
* Will collect security data to track trends in Security activities, services, and investigations;
* Provides good customer service
* Distribution of ID badges and accessories
* Works with Human Resources to coordinate connectivity of ID badges

Job Knowlege:

* Requires the minimum of a high school degree; an associate's degree in Business or computer science is preferred.
* 2-week, competency-based training program to be completed obtaining position
* Efficiency in Microsoft Word, EXCEL, and Adobe software programs; preferred
* Ability to maintain the confidentiality and the security of information including employee, contractor, and other records. This will include access to reports, files, video and photographic images, and logs
* Friendly and customer service-oriented skills and behavior is a must.
