Women's Softball Coach

Waynesburg University is seeking a Head Women's Softball Coach. This is a part-time position. Prior experience in coaching on a high school or intercollegiate level required. Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge of recruitment strategies for non-scholarship student athletes desirable. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred. Position will oversee the women's intercollegiate softball program at the University, assume primary responsibility for the development and implementation of a the program, including the recruitment, coaching, scheduling, mentoring and personal development of student athletes associated with a NCAA Division III program.
